The Mutual’s purpose, in a collectively owned, collaborative and co-creative environment duly created by the Mutual, is to provide:

an opportunity and a space for the Members to communicate and consider what the key economic, social, cultural and environmental challenges are that they face as Members and how they might solve such economic, social, cultural and environmental challenges; and

a forum for the determination of the distribution of funds of the Mutual for Projects which seek to solve such key economic, social, cultural and environmental challenges provided that to be eligible for such funds the relevant challenge must be faced by a sufficiently sized community of Members directly or indirectly.
