AZUDOO is a available to anybody anywhere in the world subject to them agreeing to comply with our Terms of use. Certain parts of the website are only available to members of the AZUDOO Industrial & Provident Society (the "Mutual") and are designed to assist the Mutual in achieving its aims including providing members with the ability to network in connection with projects and possible projects funded by the Mutual subject to them complying with the Rules of the Mutual. AZUDOO does not routinely or automatically review material which is posted on the website or sent by users via the website and We are reliant on our users not posting or sending material which would breach our Terms of use or otherwise be considered inappropriate or harmful. One of the key aims of both this website and the Mutual is to enable people to work together to achieve more than they could working as individuals and We expect that people using the site and joining the Mutual will understand why We need to have rules and will have no problem in keeping within them.

However, the experience of other websites has shown that a small number of people may choose to abuse the sort of facilities We offer and for that reason, AZUDOO has a policy of reviewing any potentially harmful or inappropriate content as soon as possible following it being brought to our attention.

If you wish to bring any content which you consider to be unacceptable to our attention then you can do so by clicking the ["Report abuse"] button which is located in the [bottom right-hand corner] of each page on which content is posted by users. Each user can flag any page once.

When you flag a page as featuring inappropriate content a moderator will then review that page as soon as We can and decide what action to take. In most cases, this will be to delete any content which We agree is unacceptable but We also reserve the right to take additional measures which may include permanently banning users including those who routinely post inappropriate content or flag content as inappropriate for no good reason.

Where inappropriate content is posted by a member of the Mutual, this may also constitute a breach of the Mutual's Rules and could result in the Mutual seeking to expel you as a member of the Mutual.

Also, users should note that in accordance with our Terms of use, you are legally responsible both to us and to other users for any material which you post and We reserve the right to claim from users any loss or damage which We suffer because of inappropriate material which is posted on the website.

We believe strongly in free speech and for that reason, you can appeal against the decision of one of our moderators if you feel that any content which has been posted by you has been unfairly labelled as inappropriate. However, We retain the ultimate discretion as to what material is allowed on our website and, if your appeal is successful, the most We will be able to do is to allow you to repost that material. In particular, in accordance with our Terms of use. We will not have any liability to you in respect of any loss or damage you may suffer because material posted by you on the website has been removed by us whether temporarily or permanently.
